At the last stage of X, make sure you have all the heart tanks, sub tanks, and armor upgrades. Make it to the point were there are a lot of spikes at the end of the level. to the right, in one of the spikes is the capsule. If you look closely it's colored differently form the rest. Go in and get your prize.
